      Pros

      There are no real perks here: not in career growth, not in leadership, nor in work culture. If you want to damage your mental health, hurt your career, and waste years of your potential, then by all means, join this company.

      Cons

      This is THE most poisonous environment I've encountered in my life. Micromanagement and pathetic higher leadership teams. Lots of people doing the bare minimum and being rewarded for it.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
