Commercial ops is clean and automated
Cons
A lot of changes resulting in displacements / severance.
Too much turnover in HR and lack of direction
Need more plant recsoures to execute Ops Management / Corp initiatives (like all companies)
Residential ops is dirty and hot

Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.
