Bittersweet: Lots of chalenges typical to startups. If you dislike being chalenged, that's not your place.

-The STEM people are knowledgeable and good to work with -The technology is really cool and interesting - could be game changing if it works

-CEO is in over his head - not knowledgeable enough technically/scientifically yet gets in the way of those who are. Can't handle the stress of the position and takes it out on subordinates -Management creates and perpetuates a toxic work environment - culture is for show, but not followed by leaders -Managers often undercut/hinder real technical progress - they seem to care more that you look like you are working/busy than if you are actually achieving anything meaningful -Low accountability from leaders -High employee turnover from those of all experience levels
