They'll teach you if you want to learn about any segment of the hedge fund universe, also great culture and traiining.
Cons
If you have any interest in moving up, don't work here as an ISA. Probably more a function of their focus on regulatory requirements but definitely an unfortunate sentiment of "stay in your box." It's a shame because they hire ambitious, smart and accomplished people for the role.
