Pros
You'll gain valuable experience in a typical, modern corporate structure running the same core playbook you'd run at any PE-backed B2B SaaS business. The product is highly competitive, but there's nothing particularly remarkable about business operations at GAN Integrity today.
Cons
The current executive leadership team is an acquired taste—initially, they had difficulty tempering offensive attitudes and sentiments when speaking to the company. Members of the executive team have reasonably strong business acumen, but it's clear only the product side of the business retains personnel with the necessary intellectual sophistication to make meaningful advances in the company's trajectory. Focus has shifted away from compliance thought leadership and "public service" resources driven by a genuine desire to 'do good' (i.e. regulatory resources, country risk profiles, and articles by legal experts). Rather, today, the company produces a steady cadence of low-quality, AI-generated material published to a slow, crude website with a debilitating lack of attention to detail. Good deserves better, but so did GAN Integrity.
