Pros

Friendly colleagues. Opportunity to speak with various customers across the world. 13th salary bonus. 21 days off.

Cons

Inequality in the workforce, little to no development, unskilled managers and directors. favoritism. Its practically a family run business and everyone else is easily replaced. the salary is trash and their systems is not far from that. You feel like you really just another figure to them. for 3 years straight 2011-2014 they made us sign a paper forcing us to reject our 13th salary bonus (who ever rejected this was fired and I saw some skilled individuals get sacked because of that). I personally do not know anyone who left the company and had one decent thing to say about their business management.

Pros

Pays below market , zero hybrid, extremely old management, incompetent children!

Cons

What to say! The worst experience of my life! Micromanagement, incompetence to the maximum, zero financial knowledge yet have opinion about everything, running the company as a kiosk. Management is rude, the majority of managers are old and incompetent with a few exceptions that are on the lookout... Management children are always on vacation, or selling soups* utilizing resources of the Group . *if you don't believe me search on social media...

Pros

Only Pro is tgat they have air conditioning!

Cons

Salaries are below the national minimum, with no increases even after 1–2 years of consistent work. There’s no recognition for your efforts, and HR often disregards employee concerns, offering only vague or invalid excuses. It becomes clear early on that your opinion doesn’t matter. The turnover rate is alarmingly high, which reflects the poor internal culture. The company relies on extremely outdated equipment, including old computers and software, which slows down productivity and adds unnecessary stress. Basic employee needs are overlooked — no coffee, refreshments, or any kind of staff support are provided. Even the water available is of very poor quality, raising hygiene concerns. Favoritism is also common, with certain employees allowed exceptions while others are held to stricter rules, despite having the same roles.
