Pros
The Best thing I will say is the people I worked with and for. The atmosphere is always real-as in real-life people with real-life events amid an economy that is at the present not the best. Those in charge always knew that inspite of your job if you had a family that needed immediate attention, you can't do your best work if your mind is divided. I don't regret a moment.
Cons
The downside was of course the economy and those seeking employment the recruiters were unable to help. Regretable as it was, everyone was unable to be placed, as this company is a third party staffing agency.
