      Pros

      Medical insurance is good (but about to be downgraded we hear)

      Cons

      Policy of Emiratisation sees unqualified people being moved into critical positions. Safety is compromised every day in every way. Qualified and experienced staff are being sacked to make way for local people who are not skilled or even interested.

      Independent in the review of Pre-FEED, FEED documents for OGD-1, OGD 2 and OGD-3 ADNOC projects in the discipline for the Gas Gathering / Gas Well and pipelines SCADA/Telemetry systems, In-house Telecom system (Conventional / Truncked radios, PABXs, Structured cabling, F.O. network, PAGA, Plant access control, CCTV, Custody Transfer metering skids for NGL, Condensate, sales gas, Flare flow monitoring and other sub-systems.

      Cons

      Pre-commissioned, Commissioned, Accepted and did the operation & maintenance / modification of the abouve said Instruments, SCADA, Radio system / other Telecom systems. Instrumental in getting the UKAS certification for the NGL custody transfer skids at Habshan / Bab.
