The colleagues are very helpfull.
Cons
1) The main problem is the management team. Each & every one of them don’t even know what they want and what were they keep on doing.
2) No clear & precise directions.
3) Final decision making were up to the management which they rarely conclude any decisions. Often not clear or it were made to trap some of their own staff.
4) Salary also differs based on favouritism (they favour young attractive female)
5) The management keep changing your portfolios & org chart every almost every month. No growth & gain.
6) They tend to harness your weaknesses rather than utilising your strength.
7) Respect & professionalism were a myth.
8) You are expected to work 24/7. Many meetings are scheduled at night & weekends for almost every week.
9) No budget for everything but still ask for more unnecessary things to be done.
10) Rather than having a job, there is no benefits either.
