Large Government contractor has well established prime contracts.
Cons
Bloated management with lots of fancy titles and little or no understanding of current open source software trends While on a task order with feuding vendors where GDMS was a sub, the management routinely ignored warnings about a variety of problems. They were afraid of upsetting their government customer with our concerns.
