Pros
Access to all of the resources of a large established company like GE. Excellent corporate training opportunities. The ability to learn and interact with employees of GE outside of the Capital business line. Good work/life balance. Strong culture of innovation and a rich brand history.
Cons
Banking at a company where banking is not the primary focus or core business. Some limitation to career opportunities vs a traditional Canadian bank due to limited number of business lines.
