- Huge community of really smart people - if you put yourself out there, you can learn a lot and make great connections. - Challenging and demanding environment forces you to learn and learn quickly

- Difficult to move quickly within GE. - Sales culture tends to be very "old school." - Some lack of diversity in terms of peer experience.
