Pros
Great workplace environment, tons of opportunities within the company, matrixed organization allows you to interact with several different areas and levels of management. Overall, the company is great.
Cons
Difficult to move issues forward, the decisions, even little ones, need to be approved by several people, what makes the processes very slow. HR is the slowest of all, and they are always ready to let an employee go to cover their backs for some mistake they've made.
