Great people and access to global markets. Good learning ground for young talent. Customers want to believe. Employees still care about the company.
Cons
No longer a meritocracy. Everyone is in survival mode. Leaders are insulated from their people. Lack of common vision and strategy buy in. Loyaly is not a core value. No one ever retires from the company. Losing competitive edge and eroding core values. Too focused on trying to influence government policy vs making real profit growth for shareholders.
