      Pros

      It is a good place to start your career. They are known for their ability to create leaders. It is a great resume builders.

      Cons

      Office politics. Some sectors are unstable right now. It can be really difficult to manage a work/ life balance. A lot of the management is inept, and it can be hard to get recognized.
