Working Here for 1 year. 1. Flexibility 2. On your own, so lots of freedom when you want to do something new for a project. 3. If you want to be a manager, go for it. 4. Good benefits.
Cons
1. Forget about this company (BU) if you want to go onsite. 2. Vendor management will screw your career if you want to be technical 3. Old Technologies 4. No process at all 5. Less Pay based on Market standard. 6. No Recognition from Indian Management. 7. All training are management related. 8. Lots of change in overall vision and appraisal process in a very short time.. 3 changes in 1 year span.. thats a lot.
