Good place to learn at initial level of you career. Very good place to work for people who can get into GE sponsored Corporate Audit Staff. Extremely fast career growth in for CAS candidates & candidates who come from GE sponsored leadership program. Less or no growth for other candidates after certain level
Cons
Very less recognition unless you are part of GE's leadership program or CAS. Very Low (0% - 4%) on an average; if you are very good you might get 5% - 10% performance bonus and absolutely no company performance bonus
