      Pros

      Interesting and varied projects Some genuinely nice people so you will make friends for life So many people have left that there is always good parking available

      Cons

      Very political atmosphere - competence is no protection against unfair treatment Eye wateringly bad management Bad healthcare benefits (ironically) Very poor morale Instability So many people have left that one wonders why they keep the place open
