      Pros

      Fairly competitive salary, outstanding leadership training opportunites, opportunities to move around within the company to cross functional teams. This is the company where you can leverage and learn as much as you can.

      Cons

      Performance review is not always based on actual performance. If you want to do well at GE, you need to network and get on good ole boys network. You will get a fair share of good managers and managers that do not care but would use you as a step ladder to get more visibility. The rack and stack performance appaisal is discouraging.
