Pros
I work on a dynamic team of unique individuals. The pay and benefits are good and the roll offers a lot of flexibility. Certain roles at GE also offer Permissive Leave which is pretty incredible.
Cons
GE utilizes contract workers and is not great at communicating with them, or holding their managers accountable. You can’t apply for roles without your managers permission which makes changing roles or consideration of other jobs difficult.
