Pros
Good if you're lazy and stupid because you can't get fired unless you shoot someone.
Cons
Working with idiots and lazy people is frustrating Pay is low, raises are pathetic. Too many titles, too many levels. Titles are given out instead of money. Treat engineers badly. It's all about middle-management and butt-kissing "leadership". Runs the worst interpretation of "Agile" on the planet.
