      unlimited overtime available, limited supervision, easy access off of the highway, motorcycle enthusiast friendly,

      company tendency to get the product out the door by any means necessary. Hostile work environment. Good old boys mentality. Work hours will change according to work load. Work hours can vary from mandatory 36 hours to mandatory 50 hours.
