Pros
The people you work with are fun to be around.
Cons
If I could rate this company and my experience here negative stars I would. This was my first career out of college and I made the biggest mistake of my life. I am a very dedicated and hard working employee and did not feel as if anyone invested in me here. Management gives you 6 minutes of allotted personal time a day to use and you are constantly being micromanaged and scolded by power hungry managers, it is also extremely hard to meet their required metrics, they make it impossible for those who try to do well. The systems they use are so outdated they take minutes to load while you are in a conversation with a customer. Calls in the call center are back to back because the department is so new and the turnover is so high...and you don't get one moment to breathe. Most people experience health problems like I did and develop anxiety. Bottom line: the management here is terrible and I didn't feel noticed, when I left no member of management offered to speak with me and forgot that I was even leaving. I was so disappointed with how I was treated here and was extremely burnt out when I left. I would NEVER recommend this job to anyone, or Geico as a company because all they do is chew you up and spit you out here. Run while you can.
