Benefits were good, but the less commonly used ones like Short Term Disability were guarded by The Hartford to not let employees use them

Extreme prejudice against disabled. Company hides everything above your direct manager... Meaning that they have multiple HR divisions and departments but nobody knows how to get in touch with anyone. They lie and antagonize to get you to make a mistake so they can fire you. My Short Term Disability claim was denied multiple times by The Hartford but overruled by NYS twice so that I actually received my benefits. The Hartford messed up my paperwork and approved me for 1 week, but not another with no reasonable cause and Geico said that I took this time without their permission so they fired me retroactively.
