      Pros

      Good pay and benefits prior to FedEx taking over. Not sure what direction the company will head as FedEx. Herb Shear and Jim Polacheck took care of their people.

      Cons

      Too many CSVP's are clueless. FedEx seems to be culling some of these lackluster middle managers out. Also, project managers are simply there to keep their jobs, not help local operations.
