Pros
Met and worked with some amazing team members and co-workers. Great opportunity to work with really amazing students and teachers, great life/work balance. Great support from most superiors.
Cons
Detached owners (upper management) as far as Operations teams. Flagrant disregard for their opinions. Only people who matter to upper management are the one on the Educational side of things. Otherwise you are disposable and never taken seriously.
