Upper management has its favorites. They don't pay people enough for the amount of work that they put on their desk. They throw work at you that you've never done before and expect you to know how to do it. And expect you to know how to do it well. When you ask for help management ignores you. I strongly believe that they're trying to close this facility without telling anyone.
