very smart leadership team, executives/managers are very experienced and know how to run a team, open door policy able to share ideas, concerns, have a lot of policies in place to protect works and are all about employee satisfaction- they do yearly surveys and you have yearly reviews with your manager, the Toronto team is a lot of fun, even though there are different departments everyone works together, they have quarterly socials and holiday parties/events, people care about you more than a worker but as a person too, they providing learning and training opportunities, I worked in the sales and marketing team and it is a very ambitious and hard working team, the manager is very experienced in the industry and will help you grow at not only Geodis , but only in your career, I am grateful for the opportunities it gave me, and I would recommend this place to anyone who has a chance to work here!
