Expectation of extended hours and weekend work. Work first, family second. Senior management lacks direction, focus, and is (for the most part) dysfunctional. MD lacks ethical values, integrity and has actively managed (paid) former managers to exit the business to cover his failed unethical commercial ventures. Lack of support from senior management - focus appears to be only on financial wellbeing at the cost of training, systems development, maintenance and health and safety of employee's. Inexperienced managers that lack knowledge and understanding of the industry. Blame culture promoted by senior management.
