Company has lots of opportunities for learning, team building, and lot of new business coming in. Plenty of work opportunities.

The team has poor management and they use tactics which intimidate and dominate rather than build trust and teamwork, as well as allow individuals who have been reported multiple times by 4 or more people to HR to be promoted to management rather than remedying the condescending and rude behaviors.
