First 3 years I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Past 3 years I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Customer Service Representative (CSR) GFL Environmental Employee Review

My boss is awful. I've worked with GFL for 6 years. The first 3 were great 😃 but the past 3 have been miserable 😖. I can put up with almost anything from a boss within reason but him, I can't. He stays under my skin. He creates drama, is extremely lazy, asks me to show him how to do things but yet he's the GM making way more than me but I'm constantly having to show him or do something for him. Mind you, he's been with the company 30 years so he should know way more than me. He avoids me at all cost and if he responds to texts or emails, the only thing replied back is OK. or call to pay bills
