Pros
Culture, nice people, good salary, nice offices, nice career model, sometimes nice projects, bench, benefits, compensation bonuses, trainings, development of soft and technical skills, participation in world wide events, very nice atmosphere on the GFT side (not projects), hybrid work, flexible hours, very people centric company, international projects, to some degree intelligent people I can work with and can count on. GFT has diversified its clients portfolio for the past 8 years.
Cons
This is consultancy company dependant on the clients conditions, environment and relations. Unfortunately clients projects affects GFT culture as well. Poor sales, not so many nice projects, minority of the employees work on cutting edge technologies, a lot of staff aug and sometimes body leasing, need to wear many hats at the same time. Sometimes poor strategy, not aligned to the client.
