My experience with GHR Education highlighted serious concerns regarding organization, communication, and accountability. I encountered repeated issues with administrative processes, compliance, and the level of support provided throughout my placement. In several instances, these gaps were not addressed in a timely or effective manner, creating difficult working conditions and raising concerns about consistency in support for both staff and students. As someone who values professionalism, safety, and ethical standards, I found this particularly troubling. While pay and benefits may be similar to other staffing agencies, I would strongly encourage prospective employees to carefully evaluate their options and consider organizations with more dependable systems, clearer communication, and stronger oversight.
