      GI Dynamics has an innovative and market disrupting technology, that surly has a place in the future of Diabetes and Obesity treatment.

      Cons

      Internal communication between departments has always been a weakness of the company. The company has also struggled to produce a robust marketing plan.

      great atmosphere, good people, and lots to learn

      a bit noisy because its in the city, but I grew numb to it after a couple days. thats about it

      Pros

      Medical device company that just made its IPO a couple years ago. Exciting to work for a start-up that is developing devices that aim to cure type II diabetes and obesity.

      Cons

      There is a certain level of uncertainty in regards to the future of the company because the Endobarrier® is not yet commercially sold in the US, but it is for sale in several European countries and Australia. The product is currently undergoing a pivotal trial in the US.
