What I value most about working at GID is the collaborative culture. My team works closely together, supports one another, and celebrates each other's successes. The company encourages career growth and provides opportunities to expand skills and take on new challenges, while empowering employees to be vocal about their career aspirations. The organization's values to be accountable, inclusive, energizing, and courageous are reflected in the way leaders and teams work together every day. The company also supports a healthy work-life balance and genuinely values its employees by recognizing accomplishments and important milestones. Throughout my time at GID, I have had opportunities to work across multiple departments and help bridge gaps across the organization. This flexibility has allowed me to grow professionally, broaden my experience, and make a meaningful impact. Overall, GID provides a supportive environment that encourages collaboration, development, and success.

No Cons at this time

GID is a great company - from the executive team to the heads of each department, all the way to the property managers on site at the assets, I've been unable to find a "bad egg." I continue to feel motivated and encouraged to grow within the company. When you join GID as a title under the AVP or Associate level, you are paired with a mentor (someone in a different department at a senior level), and the mentors truly want to help you grow and succeed. In my experience, GID is the perfect size company - big enough to feel supported across departments, but small enough to feel entrepreneurial and that you can make a difference for the growth of the firm.

I don't have too many cons about GID - it's a great company with a healthy culture that openly accepts feedback. So, anything negative that might have been on my mind about my experience within the firm has been addressed.
