Pros
Medicine distribution is an interesting sector, intersections with EU health/pharmaceutical policies, office is very nice and in good location.
Cons
Leadership can be confusing, communication is was not alwas very clear. Getting feedback is sometimes very hard which limits the possibilities for proper improvement.
