Pros
Working at GIUP has been fantastic, its an awesome start-up with an absolutely genius team! - but seriously these are looking for the best people to join their team.
Cons
Not much, only downside is that more people need to know just how great this company really is! - make you present the value you can add if you want to join, they get down to the nitty gritty very fast in an interview.
