CEO and COO will lie openly to employees in company all hands meetings. CEO is not well spoken and uses message that "everyone is replaceable" as a motivator. Do not expect a 3% salary increase annually even if you exceed expectations. Little room for growth and development. CEO is not operationally inclined and solution to problems is to increase work flow for employees without providing tools. Job satisfaction across U.S. based Waltham office is extremely low.
