Pros
Great company to work for! I love their call platform since it even shows up right on your screen on how to greet the client , close the call and even their protocols. They don't micromanage and now they even have a shift program, I have worked for them for over 8 years and have been very happy.
Cons
I wish they would hire W2 Remote Spanish interpreters paid by the hour, so I don't have to stress every year about doing my own taxes and having to get benefits on my own.
