The entire management team is unsupportive because they are also going to try to take deals away from you. This place is the sloppiest and most unprofessional firm I've ever been a part of. Management is completely unethical. Stay away unless you enjoy wasting your time and energy. Everything the firm does is in the best interests of the CEO and the family that still owns half of it. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOU WILL NEVER BE IN THEIR CLUB.
