Great benefits. If you are just coming in then the pay is good with quarterly bonuses.
Cons
The company has grown so much just in the last year or so. Management is so worried about getting new people in the door that they totally forget about their loyal employees who have been there. Lots of politics and promotions are generally given to friends even if you are the most qualified.
