- Very low pay, not enough to have a decent living unless you work at 2-3 programs one at a time - No benefits, no overtime pay, no holiday pay, nothing! - Most of the people behind the cam are contractual, we are working full-time but we are contractuals - Very poor management, the company thinks about profit, not its employees
