There is a list of downsides- 1) the interview process is a complete waste of time and efforts. They take presentations on topics irrelevant to your profile; rather than interviewing for the skills, they take day long presentation rounds -which lead to nothing as you are going to work something completely different. 2) The management is moody the MD (the foreigner) has no idea what he is doing They have kept young people at Decision making seat. Boy! 3) You don't have a place to sit and eat lunch! You have to go in a cramped up pantry to eat your food standing -WORST 4) The HR's dont know what they are doing, I heard an interviewer- the HR gave heads up after the round and later he/she received a rejection. 5) There is a abysmal contract where your first 2 months salary is not given completely- they cut the half and return it later in the year end. This is probably because the way the company functions, it would shut down anytime, I feel.
