Where to start? The CEO is unstable and narcissistic. She plays favorites and has gone through a revolving door of friends and family members in upper level positions; often they quit with no notice and under bad circumstances. The supervisors and BCBAs are mostly absent and cannot help or address behavioral issues, leaving for the therapist isolated and without help. There are rarely materials for goals and they do the bare minimum for clients as well as staff.
Do not work here if you need a paycheck. They bounce more often than not and then payroll and CEO are dodgy and act like it's anyone's fault except their own that they can't manage their bank account. Besides writing bad checks, they are often late. And then they bounce. Pretty horrrific for those who have rent to pay. I got a sarcastic "you're welcome" when I went to pick up a new check to replace the bad one they wrote me. Oh and that one wouldn't go through either. Seriously, stay away from this place, as an employee and a client. These jobs are in high demand, go to a better company with a less toxic environment. Here you will just get yelled at by the unstable CEO as they avoid paying you. As if this was not enough, the office staff talks about all the employee's private business and makes fun of them. Really unprofessional. I'm not sure how they are still in business.
