Honestly great people, you'll probably become friends with them or at least good acquaintances. Leadership is stellar and good people Even 6 months at this company and you will have learned so much about being a good seller, it'll will take you places in the future

Compared to most jobs in the industry, the pay is low. Most would probably argue because attainment is high but in reality there are comparable orgs they have higher base and OTE Not for certain, just an observation...it does seem like "commercial" is dying. They shifted the segments so Comm AEs get bigger accounts, but doesn't mean they're actually good. Upmarket - great!! Kind of doubt the equity/stocks mean anything, especially if they get a Series E...just saying. And if they do, seems like they mean little...very opinion based if you can't tell ;)
