Pros

There's midweek baked beans and potatoes. You get to juggle working on a wide range of charity fundraising.

Cons

Where do I start...despite the words 'stir the soul' plastered all over the place, it feels like a soulless factory for ideas. Never have I been somewhere where there's zero time on any project. We're constantly told to squeeze deadlines and pile more work on the creative team. Everyone both in CS and creative look dead inside, waiting for a moment to escape this depressing, stressful agency. Recently great people are starting to leave from the creative side. For years this was a strong team and the CS side took the brunt of most client clashes, but since certain individuals have joined the work environment has only gotten worse and worse. There's no culture, no happiness and constant stress.

Pros

Great brands and some of the senior management is very supportive.

Cons

A disorganized and discriminatory redundancy process that targeted individuals rather than assessing their professional abilities. Employees often have to plead for different work, while upper management remains disconnected from reality. They’ll hire you and let you go within months -avoid taking a permanent role here.

Pros

The people The work - you'd be hard pressed to find a better range of clients or work with such purpose

Cons

It's genuinely sad that an agency that has such a positive impact on the world can treat their people so badly. If you're looking for career stability, this is not the place for you. After multiple poorly handled rounds of redundancies, it looks like they're hiring again. Steer clear.
