Excellent team work, all team members driven to achieve and succeed together. Scope to improve, and grow within the business. Ambitious company that is rapidly scaling. Able to make your mark and drive change through their open culture. Striving to create a culture of care and wellbeing within the company.
Cons
The rate in which the company is scaling requires employees to work long hours and give extremely high levels of commitment. COVID has been an extremely demanding in healthcare and it's pushed the industry to capacity - GPDQ has suffered from this and it's noticeable it's taken it's toll at times on morale and time for teams to grow and been together.
