So focused on redundant micromanagement it makes providing exceptional customer service and completing job demands difficult. Always have broken equipment that is patched and part repaired until it falls apart. No PPE provided for cleaning and caustic chemical use. Company spends exorbitant amount of money on constant gimmicks and ad changes that do not reflect local customer needs or wants.
