Pros
Nothing good can or will be said.
Cons
They receive your application and the interview goes well. They tell you that your creative position can be remote and you both mutually agree to a schedule. But they keep saying, "We're an at-will company." The work starts and all is fine for a few weeks until: -The term "at-will" is always used during the pre and post employment process -The work load slowly subsides -You ask for more work and get it -Shortly after the word, you get a call from HR saying, "Hi, how are you? I'm sorry, we have to let you go." -The reason does not get revealed -You get told "There was a document with verbiage that went against our company guidelines" and was a form of "misconduct." No, there was no misconduct and CA EDD & Unemployment proved that. Shame on you. Shame on you to defame someone and their profession. The word misconduct is NOT a light word in the professional world, and you'll get what you deserve one day. You put a bad and vulgar word to the term professionalism.
