Pros
For the most part, I had a great experience working there as a temporary contract employee. The other reviews are correct in saying the that the organization, especially the Monday Campaigns, lacks focus, direction and a strong and present leadership. But that is also a bonus if you want to take the job and run with it. I was able to have some autonomy while working with a team of nice and creative people. I was able to take the lead on a few projects and teach myself a lot of technical skills while there. I would consider a job here to be a stepping stone to somewhere else. If you enjoy working in food & wellness and want to get to know the industry better, you will have the opportunity to work with a lot of great partnerships outside of the company, especially if you are working at the Monday Campaigns. However, neither Grace nor TMC is well-suited as a place to stay for more than a couple of years, because there isn't a lot of upward mobility and the company doesn't seem to move forward. The company seems more like a pet project for the owner, which isn't a bad thing, but it can be limiting for employees trying to drive the direction of the organization.
Cons
Question the company's existence and purpose when decisions are made at the whim of the founder who is rarely present.
